Gestion Sylvie Cousineau Inc. (“GSC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Apex Alloy™.
This Privacy Policy explains how personal information may be collected, used, stored and disclosed when you access or use Apex Alloy.
1. Age requirement
Apex Alloy is intended exclusively for individuals 18 years of age or older.
We do not knowingly permit individuals under 18 to create accounts or use Apex Alloy.
If we become aware that personal information has been collected from an individual under 18, we will take reasonable steps to delete the information and, where appropriate, close the associated account.
2. Information we may collect
Depending on how you use Apex Alloy, we may collect information such as:
- your name or username;
- email address;
- account information;
- purchase and lifetime-access status;
- transaction information;
- game activity, progress and related game data;
- device and browser information;
- IP address;
- approximate geographic information derived from technical information;
- diagnostic and security information; and
- communications you send to us.
We aim to collect only information reasonably necessary to operate, secure and improve Apex Alloy.
3. Payment information
Payments may be processed by Stripe or another authorized payment provider.
When payment is processed directly by Stripe, GSC does not receive or store your complete credit or debit card number.
We may receive transaction-related information including payment status, amount, currency, transaction identifiers and certain billing information necessary to administer your purchase and lifetime access.
4. How we use information
We may use personal information to:
- create and maintain your account;
- provide access to Apex Alloy;
- verify lifetime-access entitlement;
- process and administer purchases;
- save game-related information and progress;
- provide customer support;
- communicate important service information;
- maintain security and prevent misuse;
- diagnose technical problems;
- understand and improve Apex Alloy;
- maintain business, accounting and tax records;
- comply with legal and regulatory obligations; and
- enforce our Terms of Use.

Depending on the circumstances, information may be processed with your consent, because it is necessary to provide a service you requested or because another lawful basis permits or requires the processing.

We may use trusted third-party service providers to operate Apex Alloy.

No online service or electronic storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Apex Alloy may use cookies, browser storage and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, protect accounts, process transactions, measure performance and support game functionality.
